Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Please review the following conditions to ensure your item is eligible for a return: 

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. 
  • Digital products, including online-access eBooks and downloadable certificates, are non-refundable. 
  • Only physical products (printed books) are eligible for returns and refunds. 
  • To be eligible for a return, physical items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. 
Digital Products
  • Our eBooks are accessed online and are not downloadable. 
  • Certificates are downloadable once issued. 
  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. 
Requesting a Refund

Refund requests apply only to physical products. 

To request a refund, please email info@wisecompass.com with the following details: 

  • Your full name (as used at checkout) 
  • The email address used for the purchase 
  • The full name of the physical item(s) you wish to return 
  • The reason for your return request 

Requests that do not include all of the above information may be delayed or declined. 

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and confirm whether your item(s) are eligible for return and provide instructions on how to proceed. 

Returning Your Item(s)
  1. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return address.
  2. Please include a note inside the return package with:
    1. Your full name
    2. Your email address
    3. Your reason for return

Returns received without this information may not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping Policy
  • £5 shipping fee is charged for all orders at checkout, regardless of the customer’s location. 
  • For orders placed outside the UK, Wise Compass will contact you after purchase to invoice the actual shipping cost for that destination. 
  • If you choose not to pay the additional shipping cost, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning physical items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. 

 

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 

If your printed book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@wisecompass.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographic evidence.
