Share accounts of him eating simple meals, sometimes just dates and water, and yet radiating contentment. These stories demonstrate that fulfillment does not require abundance. 

Another example is his generosity despite limited resources. He would share food, help the needy, and prioritize others’ well-being even when his own family had little. Emphasize that his heart was full, not his home: children can understand that richness is measured in love and gratitude, not the number of possessions.

Allah Almighty states in the noble Quran at Surah Al Ahzab (33), Verse 21: 

“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and who remembers Allah often…”

It is recorded in Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 6687, that the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 

“The family of Muhammad did not eat their fill of wheat bread for three consecutive days until he passed away.”
