Trust and the Overall Quality 

You must explicitly explain the danger inherent in shortcuts. Discuss how cutting corners in any endeavour whether it is schoolwork or financial activity often severely compromises trust and the overall quality of the outcome. Share real-life narratives of successful individuals who built their stability slowly and honestly through perseverance, highlighting that the true blessing (Barakah) in any venture lies within enduring commitment, not in achieving speed. When children observe your own steady, dependable work ethic day after day, they learn a vital lesson: consistency is the true secret to achieving lasting, reliable financial stability. 

Spiritual Insight 

The spiritual mandate strongly discourages haste and deception in worldly dealings, particularly concerning wealth acquisition. Islamic teachings elevate the quality and durability of one’s effort, viewing thoroughness and perseverance as acts that attract divine favour over quick, potentially compromised gains. 

The Quran emphasises that guidance and reward are given to those who remain firm and consistent in their righteousness over time, directly contrasting this with transient worldly desires. 

Allah Almighty states in the noble Quran at Surah Maryam (19), Verse 76: 

‘And Allah increases those who were guided, in guidance, and the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for return…’
