Allah Almighty states in noble Quran at Surah Al Zumar (39), Verse 53:

It is recorded in Jami Tirmidhi, Hadith 1987, that holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
‘Fear Allah Almighty wherever you are and follow up a bad deed with a good deed and it will wipe it out.’
