Can Wise Compass help my child follow good habits even when nobody is watching?

We want our children to develop an ‘internal compass’ that guides them to do good because they know it is right, not because they fear being caught or seek a reward. Wise Compass helps children internalise their values by focusing on the concept of Ihsan, to worship and act as if you see Allah Almighty. As Muslim parents, we want our children to have a private relationship with their faith that is sincere and strong. Our Islamic stories for kids show that our actions when we are alone are the true measure of our character and our love for Allah Almighty.

Our faith-friendly story platform features characters who face the temptation to take shortcuts but choose the path of integrity instead. Through values-based reading, children learn that being honest when no one is watching brings a deep sense of inner peace. In stories like Learning in the Garden, the act of caring for a trust is shown as an ongoing responsibility that doesn’t stop when others leave. By following the extraordinarily sincere example of holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who was the same in private as he was in public, children are encouraged to be consistent. We want children to feel that their private good deeds are special treasures. Wise Compass provides the social-emotional learning tools for children to value their conscience. By making private integrity an attractive and heroic trait, we help children develop a character defined by its sincerity. They learn that by acting with Ihsan, they are following the guidance of the noble Quran and building a life filled with Barakah and the pleasure of Allah Almighty, ensuring their character is stable and authentic.
